Himesh against Mika in Music Ka Maha Muqabla on Star Plus

Music Ka Maha Muqabla on 16th January, 2010 is introduced between Mika’s Blasters and Himesh’s Warriors on Star Plus. Non-playing captain – Shreya Ghoshal, Shaan, Shankar Mahadevan and Mohit judged the singing TV Show.

Muqabla Aamne – Samne:

In this round, Toshi participates from LG Mika’s Blasters. He performed very well. He scores total 18 marks for his team.

Muqabla Hit-Pe-Hit:

Himesh introduces Aishwarya and Mika introduces Himani in this round of Muqabla Hit-Pe-Hit in Music Ka Maha Muqabla. Performance of Aishwarya was superb and she scores total 18.5 points for her best singing. On the other hand, Himani scores total 14 marks only for her performance in Muqabla Hit-Pe-Hit.

Muqabla Mix:

Muqabla Mix round of Music Ka Maha Muqabla on Star Plus is introduced by Raja from Himesh and Toshi from Mika. In this round, Toshi scores total 17 points however, Raja gets total 17.5 points.

Muqabla Dil Se:

Muqabla Dil Se round is introduced by Munawar from Garnier Fructis Himesh’ Worriors and Lakhwinder from LG Mika’s Blasters. In this round, Munawwar scores total 17 marks however; Lakhwinder gets total 18 marks in Music Ka Maha Muqabla on Star Plus.

Muqabla Aar-Paar:

Himesh wears his cap and starts Muqabla Aar-Paar against Mika. On the other hand, Mika introduces the best song in this round. In this round, Mika scores total 46.7 points. However, Himesh scores only 41.1.

Finally, episode of 16th January in Music Ka Maha Muqabla on Star Plus is won by LG Mika’s Blasters.

Amul singer of the day award goes to Aishwarya in 16th January, 2010 episode. The award is given to her for her Muqabla Hit-Pe-Hit performance in Music Ka Maha Muqabla on Star Plus.

Thai Culture Introduced in MTV Splitsvilla 3

On 9th January, Splitsvilla 3 introduced Thai culture in a new form by all participants. 9th January episode of MTV Splitsvilla 3 starts with splits and stills program. The challenge is introduced by Deepti Gujral. Contestants are trained the by the Thai dance expert in a pair. During the practice Pavitra and Safzal starts a fight between each other. Pavitra was not ready to perform the task with Safzal. So, she doesn’t participate in the practice also. All contestants had to perform a Bailey dance in this challenge with their respected partners.

To review the dance performance, a panel of judge was invited. They were expert in Thai cultural dance. Raj and Riya introduced the challenge to perform their best dance. Their performance was graceful.

Next performance is done by Vikash and Kirti. They just copied the performance of Raj and Riya in their dance.

Raman and Nirmal performed Bollywood touch dance. It was really a cultural dance of Thailand but they mixed Bollywood steps also.

Pavitra and Safzal also didn’t perform very well. However, Monika and Aashish performance was the best. Monika performed very well. Their dance was very creative and innovative.

Mahip and Niharika performed disco touch dance. They have been declared as the winner of this challenge. Arjun and Pooja were king and queen so, they didn’t participate.

All guys were looking pretty and ethnic in their dress and makeup. Guys and girls had to wear traditional dress of Thailand in this performance.

Second challenge of Vodafone MTV Splitsvilla 3 was also related to the Thai culture. It was the challenge for the thrown of king and queen in Splitsvilla 3. Mahip and Niharika was the winner of previous task so, they had to contest with existing king and queen – Arjun-Pooja.

The task is introduced by Nikhil Chopra and Deepti Gujral. Guys and girls are divided into two parts – Mahip-Niharika and Arjun-Pooja in MTV Splitsvilla 3.

In this task guy’s eyes are covered by a black ribbon. Girls are asked to sit on the guy’s shoulders. It was very hard work for Mihip and Niharika because she had heavy weight than Mihip. In this task, contestants had to drink “Love You Long Time”. They had to eat Pineapple Chocs and they had to buy a Jogger hat. The task is performed very well by Arjun and Pooja but at last, Mahip and Niharika see a hat seller near them. It was the sudden fortunate for them. They buy that and anyhow win the task of Splitsvilla 3.

Now, team of Arjun and Pooja goes in dumping zone and Mahip and Niharka become a new king and queen in MTV Splitsvilla 3. Finally, Safzal and Kirti are dumped by MTV Splitsvilla 3 TV Show. Again, Splitsvilla 3 proved that it is a Show of world war 3 of love.

Grand Premiere of Dance India Dance Season 2 on ZEE TV

Today, on 8th January, Dance India Dance 2 introduced Grand Premiere Show on ZEE TV channel. It was the first episode of DID Season 2 competitive reality Show. Today, top 18 contestants of Dance India Dance Season 2 are introduced.

Grand Master Mithun Chakraborty introduced the Show. Top 18 participants of the Show are introduced by DID 2 hosts - Saumya Tandon and Jay Bhanushali.

Remo Ke Rangeele:

Team members of Remo Ke Rangeele on Dance India Dance 2 on ZEE TV are Bhavna, Nikitasha, Sashank, Punit, Meenu and Naresh.

Each team has 6 contestants. Grand Premiere of Dance India Dance Season 2 introduced with Geeta Ki Gang on Zee TV. The performance was based on disco dance. Tina, Kishore and Shruti performed the dance.

Second performance of the Show is introduced by Vandana and Kurti. The dance performed on Genie Rap. It was Old School Jazz performance. It was really superb performance by Terence Ki Toli in DID Season 2.

Next performance is performed by Remo Ke Rangeele. Bhavna, Nikitasha and Sashank performed on classical instrumental song. The dance was dedicated to the Mahishasur Vadh.

In the next performance, Kunwar and Sakti again introduced with modern contemporary dance from Terence Ki Toli in Dance India Dance 2. They performed the best romantic dance on the Show.

Next performance introduced from Remo Ke Rangeele by Punit, Meenu and Naresh on DID 2 on ZEE TV. It was based on Kaminey song.

Last performance of Terence Ki Toli is performed by Ameeth and Parvez. They performed their dance on All is Well song of 3 Idiots. It was Bollywood freestyle dance.

Last performance of Grand Premiere episode was performed by Dharmesh, Binny and Altaf. They also performed on Bollywood freestyle. It was the team of Geeta Ki Gang on ZEE TV.

Kunwar and Shakti are chosen as Lux Dance India Dance of the day by Mithun Chakraborty. They get a gift voucher from Lux.

Mannat Mundi Comes Back in MTV Roadies 7 for Nisha Rana

Last week Nisha Rana left MTV Roadies 7 without any solid reason. She leaves the Show on the time of party. Ranvijay asks everyone to write a name of their favorite rider anonymously after the party.

Maximum votes are scored for the name of Mannat Mundi. Finally, she enters in Hero Honda MTV Roadies 7 on 3rd January, 2010. Mannat Mundi takes the place of Nisha Rana in the Show.

In this episode Vikash, Priyanka, Ameya and Charlie had to perform a task. Vikash had to perform the task against Ameya. However, Charlie performed against Priyanka. Last episode task of Roadies 7 was won by Vikash and Priyanka’s team. So, the team chooses Ameya and Charlie as the weakest against Vikash and Priyanka.

Team of Vikash had committed a sin taking the advantage of last week. His team has taken the advantage without Vikash and Priyanka. So, they had to perform a task against other team.

Now, all riders of MTV Roadies 7 are divided into two Tribes - Green Mambas and Red Indians. Mannat Mundi chooses Green Mambas Tribes for her.

Task of 3rd January, 2010 in Hero Honda MTV Roadies 7 was very courageous and impossible for everyone. Today, Vikash, Priyanka, Ameya and Charlie had to perform an Immunity Task.

In this task, they were hanged upside down from a crane. Now, they had to pick up live crabs and throw them into 2 baskets. The baskets were held by 2 women at some distance. In this task no Roadies out of the 4 was able to put a single crab in the basket.

Vikash had no courage to touch a single crab. Charlie was same to Vikash. However, Ameya and Priyanka did well but didn’t get succeed. Priyanka shows the super courage in this task in Roadies 7.

After the task, a plotting for voting starts in the house of Roadies 7. The most targeted guys were Anwar and Meghna but it was not true in the result. Almost everyone voted out for Gaurav Gill. Vikas Ambwani was also targeted by some Roadies but maximum votes go to Gaurav Gill.

Finally, Gaurav leaves the Hero Honda MTV Roadies 7 on 3rd January, 2010. On the other hand, Mannat Mundi re-enters in Roadies 7 as a Roadie.
