Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have a degree of Intermediate / 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together to apply for www.bhu.ac.in PMT 2012 of MBBS/BDS/BAMS with minimum 50% marks for general, 45% for PC and 40% for OBC/SC/ST candidates.
Candidates should have above mentioned qualification with at least 60% marks for general/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates to apply for BHU PMT 2012 of B.Pharm.
Age Limit:
Applicants age should be 17 years but not crossed 25 years as on 31st December, 2012 (born after 1st January, 1996 and on or before 31st December, 1987 need not apply) to apply for www.bhu.ac.in PMT 2012 for MBBS / BDS / BAMS / B.Pharm courses.
BHU PMT 2012 Centre:
BHU PMT 2012 screening test will be conducted at Varanasi, Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad on 16th May, 2012. Qualified candidates in screening test will appear in BHU PMT 2012 Main examination for MBBS course to be conducted on 17th June, 2012 at Varanasi.
Candidates of BDS / BAMS / B.Pharm will be selected on the basis of merit in the www.bhu.ac.in PMT 2012 screening only.
BHU PMT 2012 Application Form:
BHU PMT 2012 Application Form can be obtained from Bank of Baroda, BHU Branch, S.S. Hospital, Varanasi upto 12th March, 2012. Candidates need to pay Cash Rs. 1500 for general/OBC and Rs. 1000 for SC/ST to buy BHU PMT 2012 Application Form.
BHU Application Form for PMT 2012 is made available by post also. Candidates have to send a request to the “Director (PMT-Cell), Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi - 221 005” through Registered Post along with Crossed Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque (MICR only) of Rs. 1600/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 1100 for SC/ST candidates. The DD should be drawn in the favour of “The Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU” payable at Varanasi from a Nationalized Bank.
Last date of BHU PMT Application Form 2012 is 15th March, 2012. The completed Application Form must be sent through registered post to the “DIRECTOR (PMT CELL), INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY, VARANASI-221 005”.
