Survivor India grand finale is celebrated on Star Plus on 17th March, 2012 to announce the name of winner. Today, we knew the name of winner in the grand finale of Survivor India 2012 on Star Plus. It was premiered on 9PM.
Total 22 contestants had participated in the Show from the various fields of life. They spent their life on an island in Philippines. After 45 days, there is the day of grand finale.
Grand finale of Survivor India is hosted by Samir Kochhar. Survivor India grand finale begins with top 3 finalists – Raj Rani, JD Majethia and Sthitpragya. They have faced almost all challenges of the Show and survived for grand finale episode.
Survivor India grand finale begins with the final challenge. It was last challenge for the top 3 contestants to emerge as the winner of Survivor India 2012.
Survivor India grand finale is held in Mumbai – the city of survival. All contestants are called in the episode. Contestants of top ten became the jury member of the Show. They got the right to choose the winner.
We watched various stories about the island of Survivor India on Star Plus. We watched a short glimpse of top 3 finalists also. We watched stories about contestants also in the grand finale of Survivor India.
Finally, top 7 contestants are asked to vote to announce the name of winner. In this process, Raj Rani got total 4 votes, JD Majethia 3 votes and Sthitpragya 1 vote. On the basis of voting, Raj Rani got the trophy of Survivor India becoming winner. Raj Rani received a check of Rs. one lakh which was the winner amount.
Finally, Raj Rani is announced as the winner of Survivor India in the grand finale episode. The episode was just a recap of Survivor India 2012 on the life of 22 contestants for 45 days. We watched the whole drama of the Show from the studio of Mumbai. It was not really as striking as grand finale of Masterchef India 2.
