HPCPMT 2012 is an objective type of test for admission to MBBS & BDS course in Government Medical/Dental colleges including Private un-aided Dental Colleges (State/Management Quota Seats) in Himachal Pradesh.

Educational Qualification: applicants must have a degree of 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) to apply for HP CPMET 2012. Candidates with B. Sc. Degree with 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) with any three subjects – Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physiology, Physics, Human Anatomy and Bio-Chemistry can also apply for Himachal Pradesh CPMET 2012.
Age Limit: age of applicants must be 17 years and not more than 25 years as on 31st December, 2012 to apply for HPCPMT 2012.

Candidate can obtain HP Combined Pre-Medical Entrance Test 2012 prospectus from University Exam Enquiry-cum-Sale Counter, Library Building (Basement), Summer Hill, Shimla – 5 from 29th March to 28th April, 2012 during working days on cash payment of Rs. 1500 (Rs. 750 for SC/ST and $50 for NRI candidates).
Candidates can obtain HP CPMET 2012 prospects by post also sending a crossed IPO/Bank Draft of Rs. 1600 (Rs. 850 for SC/ST and $60 for NRI candidates) drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, HP University, Shimla at Assistant Registrar (Entrance Tests) H.P. University, Summer Hill, Shimla-171005. Write “Required HP-CPMET-2012 Prospectus” while applying for the prospectus.
